Our manufacturing
complex in Madurai has now successfully
completed its metamorphosis into a
State-of-the art, fully integrated
facility after continuous investment
and attention. Major changes include
the ramp up of our existing infrastructure
for power and utilities, the setting
up of the new
specialty chemical
R&D
Lab with integrated
testing and bench scale synthesis
and the scale up of installed capacities
to more than double the original levels.

Our Leather
Chemical production
facility has added factory floor
area, Reactor volume, Spray
drying capacity consistently
in the last few years. A new
R&D / Testing laboratory
fully integrated with the production
plant complements our manufacturing
infrastructure. The integration
of power, utilities and maintenance
for all the units in the complex
has drastically cut down overheads
and delays. Our already zero-discharge
plant is now becoming more and
more energy efficient.
